ASPCA Help Abused Animals and Children: Illinois Animal Advocacy: City of Chicago Alert, Tuesday Deadline  

 

Please call the Mayor's Office 312 744 5000  and voice your support for a Cross-Reporting Bill SB 2851.  Supported by both the Department of Agriculture animal cruelty investigators and DCFS (Department of Child and Family Services), it will allow each agency to alert the other of abuse issues for follow up, without the liability issues that would forestall such an program. The City plans to vote "No" to SB 2851.
