Curtis is a highly sought after and successful dog trainer serving the Chicagoland and tri-state areas. He has been training and rehabilitating dogs for fifteen years now and has helped hundreds of families – families who were about to give up their beloved pet, who just could not deal with their dog’s issues. Because of him, many dogs that were about given away or put down are in permanent loving, stable and happy homes. He teaches owners how to get the desired behavior they want from their dogs through positive reinforcement and unique methods designed just for them. As he says, “my goal is to enhance the human-dog relationship while also improving the dog’s quality of life.” His very effective and compassionate training methods have been written about in many newspapers, and he is the 2007 recipient of the Lake County Sheriff's "Animal's Best Friend" Award for 'his undying dedication to training and saving the lives of animals that would otherwise be unsavable.'
